Since 1922, Ehman & Greenstreet/University GMAC has been helping build and expand our community.
We have participated in landmark deals, which have forever changed the face of Wayne and Washtenaw Counties.
In 1929, Ehman & Greenstreet/University GMAC acquired the land for the Ypsilanti State Hospital, resulting in new jobs for the area, soon to be the new Toyota Research Facility. In the 1940's, we helped Henry Ford purchase the land for the Willow Run Bomber Plant, which produced the planes used in winning World War ll. More currently, Ehman & Greenstreet/University GMAC assisted Eastern Michigan University contract their west campus location, now home of the Rynerson Stadium. In addition, Ehman & Greenstreet/University GMAC helps thousands of families buy and sell their homes. It is our extensive experience with Wayne Washtenaw Counties that insures Ehman & Greenstreet/University GMAC will be able to supply all pertinent facts relating to the purchase or sale of your property.
